Shipping policy

We currently only offer shipping within New Zealand.

Our products are made to order which means it can take up to 3 weeks for your item to be made and dispatched. Please allow a further 3-5 working days after dispatch for delivery. If you are rural, this may take a few extra days for arrival.

If you are waiting on the status of your delivery, please check the tracking link provided before getting into contact with us.

Shipping costs

• The cost of shipping depends on how far you are from Auckland, where we are based.
  
• Costs will be calculated once you enter your shipping address
• Rural will incur an extra $5 cost
• We will combine shipping for orders of two or more blankets. However, due to shipping constraints, your order will arrive as separate parcels. Combined shipping is a flat-rate cost up to three blankets; this limit is put in place to allow others to purchase also. If you do wish to order more than three knitted blankets, please get in touch with us regarding a custom bulk order - we would love to work with you!

Other shipping things

• We aim to keep shipping costs as low as possible, however, they are subject to change without notice.

• During promotional periods, we may be busier than normal and postal companies may take longer to deliver. This is a one-woman team so please be patient, we will aim to communicate all delays efficiently.
